The Olive is located in the newly redeveloped inner city neighborhood of Bridgeland, and follows the new urbanist concept of live/work unit design. This project features an extensive rooftop garden suitable for flexible community functions and gatherings and retail/residential streetscaping. Harris and Harris provided coloured concept plans for marketing material, development permit drawings, construction drawings and inspections.
