Designs for the green spaces were premised on the community concept of a maritime community linked by a linear water feature that functions as part of the storm water management plan. Harris&Harris were asked to prepare concepts for the community outline plan, detail construction drawings for phase four parks, and streetscaping drawings. Feature spaces include waterside parks, play areas, tot lots, and an entry feature.
